I had been looking for an RV for the past five months. Tried contacting people selling online and they either didn't answer their phone or their rig wasn't as nice as they "advertised". I was just about at my wits end when I plugged in online " RV dealers - Utah." Up popped Right Side Up RV. " I looked at their units online when I saw "The one". The unit looked cleaned and well cared for. It was a smaller Class C with everything I had been looking for, including a slide out. It was a 2006 unit with only 47,000 miles on it ! I contacted them right away and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The unit was in my budget and it was PERFECT !! Bryan, the manager was super helpful and I sent in a deposit right away. I don't live near Salt Lake City, I am near St. George, Utah at the Southern most spot in the state. However, Right Side arranged for a delivery and I got my unit in just a couple of days !! If you are tired of chasing "personal ads" just go straight to Right Side. If they don't have it, I bet they can find it for you. Wish I had seen them first. Would have saved me a lot of frustration !!

Our story may seem a bit unusual. We found a coach we loved and contacted Right Side Up via an internet search. Bryan responded the next day offering to answer any questions we had. We asked for specific pictures and he sent everything we asked for. After several days, we decided to place a deposit on the coach and made arrangements to fly to SLC, see the coach and finalize the purchase. Bryan picked us up at the airport and brought us to the store. During our walkthrough, we decided it wasn't the coach for us. We told Bryan and he said he understood and offered to introduce us to the rest of the team which he had been referring to as "a family" since our initial communication. We suspected this was going to be the "hard close" to avoid refunding our deposit or trying to force us to complete the purchase ( our original plan was to finalize the purchase that Friday then spend the Labor Day weekend driving the coach home). Bryan introduced us to everyone and they actually apologized that the coach wasn't the one for us and asked if there was anything they could do to help make it right. We looked at a few other coaches they had in inventory but none were what we wanted. So, without hesitation he refunded our deposit. This is usually where the story ends. Bryan then offered to help us return the bedding and other items we had purchased for the trip and shipped to the store for our trip home. He helped my wife complete the returns on the office computer and then offered to drive us to the closest return location. After that, he offered to take us back to the airport or wherever we wanted to go. We asked about lunch and he took us to a place where there were multiple options, asked if there was anything he could do for us then dropped us off. During lunch, as we discussed the days events, we called and asked if we did decide to purchase the coach, could they could provide a warranty? He confirmed they could and offered to provide at no cost to us if it would help us with our decision. Ultimately we did not purchase the coach for personal reasons. Bryan and his "family" went out of their way to make sure we received everything we asked for and needed to make our decision. The coach was as good as they described it and their integrity was far above any we've ever experienced when purchasing an RV. Even though we didn't purchase that RV from Right Side Up, we talked to Bryan and told him to let us know if he finds another that fits our "wants" list, we would purchase from him without hesitation.

We went to Right Side Up just to check out what they had available. Bob was great to show us what we wanted to look at. He was great answering our questions and getting a loan approved. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a motorhome.

A beautiful Holiday Rambler Navigator caught our eye on their website. I conversed with Bryan online for almost a month about the unit. He was always very friendly, helpful, and informative. He even responded to all of my calls and emails on his days off. My wife and I flew out to SLC to spend the day inspecting the coach and Bryan was nice enough to pick us up, as well as drop us off, at the airport. He spent the entire day with us, going through the coach, driving it, and answering any questions. We decided to leave a deposit and begin the purchasing and financing process. Bryan made it incredibly easy and provided financing options for us, for which we were approved for in less than 24 hours. We easily and quickly negotiated a price for our trade-in which we felt was an extremely fair deal. There was never any pressure or slick sales tactics, it was very low key. I scheduled a date to drive our trade-in motorhome to them and spent of a day going through the new motorhome with Bryan and their awesome service technician, Owen. Owen showed me every single feature and option to educate me on how to operate it but to also show me that every single item and button worked as it should. I also met the owners and enjoyed spending some time with them. Very nice and down to Earth guys. It was truly the easiest, quickest, and most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience Ive ever had. Bryan, Owen, and the owners were so friendly and helpful. Bryan went out of his way to make the entire transaction so smooth and easy. We absolutely love the new motorhome and it ran flawlessly on the trip home. If you want a big fancy dealership that drives you around in golf carts and charges high prices, then you might not feel comfortable with Bryan and this dealership. But if you want a very low key, relaxed, down to Earth experience with great prices..I highly recommend you call Bryan.

From the time I talked on the phone with Bryan until the time of pick up of mine and Chris RV, the experience was absolutely amazing. The hospitality the staff has was exceptional. The test drive with Bryan was great, the price of the RV was great, the condition was great and the buying experience was wonderful thanks to JR. The team at Right side up was honest, straight to the point and very knowledgeable. When we came to pick up the RV today we had a walk through with the mechanic. He was very thorough explaining how everything worked. We felt at ease and highly recommend buying from here and if that is not enough, we came from Nevada to do so because from the get go the experience was wonderful.

Really great place to buy from. Ask for Bob, the guy has an amazing amount of patience and kindness. I had a million questions and back and forth him and he was great about it all. Even got me dinner after I got there! The coach was just as described in the add. Big relief. The only thing that was a "problem" was there was no seat-belts in the coach area for the kids. I'm not the one who caught this they did in the walk through. Through casual conversation I mentioned that my kids are super excited about getting an RV. Immediately Jim the technician looked to see the condition of the belts when he discovered there were none they stopped working on the coach that was in their shop pulled mine in and installed four of them. It simply wasn't a problem. The coach was also incredibly clean! Like white glove clean. I couldn't believe it. Great place I highly recommend them.

No BS sold me a used Motorhome and went over all the good and bad of it before I purchased!

You must take the time to acknowledge great experiences where the seller is actually the real thing we all hope for when making a purchase. Bob Kelsch was very friendly and straight up when selling me my motorhome. He backed everything he said with positive action and results. when an issue comes up and a company already has your money you find out exactly what kind of company they are. We have visited Right Side Up RV Sales twice before, looking at motor homes and camp trailers. We have been very impressed by the low-key assistance we received so, when we were ready to purchase a new outfit, we looked there first.We were amazed to find an affordable 2002 Four Winds Hurricane with only 7500 miles so we contacted Bob Kelsch who assured us that the coach was, indeed, in the condition shown on the internet. To Those Contemplating The Purchase Of A Recreational Vehicle:

My spouse and I recently purchased a motorhome from Right Side Up RV Sales. We are first-time RV buyers and therefore know very little about the whole process of purchasing an RV. The staff at Right Side Up RV Sales, to include our sales agent, Bryan Esmeyer, has been very accommodating and patient in connecting us with the right motorhome for our needs and within our price range. After finding the RV we wished to purchase, we required financing for it, and were somewhat concerned about our ability to garner financing; however, our sales agent carefully walked us through the process, and we were approved for purchase with no hassles usually associated with applying for this type of loan, and with terms that were acceptable to us. It should be noted that we had visited several different RV lots while looking to purchase a motorhome, but felt pressured to look at vehicles that we felt would not fit our needs, or were simply out of the price range we were willing to pay. As far as price for our motorhome, I did some research and discovered that we were going to purchase our motorhome for approximately $3,000.00 less than the average price for comparable models (Per the most current NADA guide and several on-line merchant sites).

Furthermore, they have installed extras on our motorhomes, such as a tow package and awning, and have completed those fixes that we inquired about (such as a piece of inside molding that had cracked, and no they did not make us pay for the fix!). As far as their service department is concerned, I own a limited edition Dodge Power Wagon, which I want to tow behind my motorhome. Right Side Up RVs technician, Tylor, took very good care of my truck and the required modifications, not to mention eased my nerves with thoroughly explaining what work would be completed. When the required modifications were done, I couldnt even describe the relief I felt as the modifications were not even noticeable, but will allow me to tow my truck without any worries or hassles normally associated with towing a vehicle behind an RV.

In closing, I would state that I rarely if ever write a testimonial in support of a merchant. We saw the Jayco Greyhawk on the RSRV web site and decided to give them a call, we reached JR, he was very helpful, sent up some additional pictures of the motorhome. We reached an agreement on the price over the phone, but most important is that the motorhome looked as good when I got to RSRV as it did in the pictures on the website. I had plenty of time to check it out, no pressure, I was shown everything about the coach, after which I completed the purchase. I then drove the coach 800 miles home, with no problems, ran and drove great, I have no problem recommending RSRV to anyone.

To Steve and staff, I was looking at your reviews and don't know how to top them. But I'm going to try. We just bought the 99 Beaver Contessa Naples. From the first contact to driving off their lot, plus a couple of phone calls after, the sale the experience was fantastic. We have no buyers remorse.
